New TatySocks designs are added regularly.
Each pair of TatySocks is specially designed by an incredibly strong child and their family who is battling, has survived, or unfortunately lost their fight against cancer
As the inspiration for TatySocks, Taty was the first "feetured" artist. Taty was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia in 2008. For six years, Taty endured radiation, chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant, and ultimately a lung transplant. She lost her battle with cancer at the age of 16. She was the kind of kid who would light up the room with her smile. During her time at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, she developed her skills as an artist. In her memory TatySocks was created.
Maddie, the "Feetured" artist on this pair of TatySocks, created this design when she was 10 years old, having no idea how her life would change or how she would change the world. Maddie was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma right after her 16th birthday. She has been winning ever since!
Brooke was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma after her 4th birthday. She battled courageously for eight and a half years until her body could no longer fight. Brooke created this dragon to raise money for research. Brooke always hoped that someday there would be a cure.
Jon, the "Feetured" artist on this pair of TatySocks was born with a leg that didn't develop. Jon's Iron Will pushed him to move forward to help others with disabilities. Anglosarcoma may have taken Jon's life, but it didn't take his Iron Will.
Christopher, born with Down's Syndrome, made the best of everything including his Leukemia diagnosis. The nurses at the hospital fell in love with him, as he would ask them each to marry him, with a ring pop! Christopher loved his friends, smiling and the Red Sox. Christopher received his angel wings in 2009.

Teaghan B. was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia days after her second birthday. Routine blood work showed her platelets were extremely low. She began treatment that night; her treatment plan lasted two years. This little warrior is now thriving.
Norah was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer, with no known treatment protocol or cure at the age of seven. She endured two brain surgeries, 33 rounds of radiation, three years of chemotherapy and countless other surgeries and procedures. Today, four years later, she is tumor free and a thriving tween! Each day is a blessing!
Bentley was diagnosed with grade 4 brain cancer (DIPG) on 10/13/18 when a softball size tumor was discovered in the Thalamus. He has since had 4 brain surgeries, 8 weeks of radiation, 3 types of chemo, and countless hospital admissions. Unfortunately in February of 2019, his thalamic tumor came back. Although he has fought it tirelessly, it recently spread to his brain stem and he is now in progression.

Coming out of the coma he completely lit up when he saw his older sister. Since then, he has had multiple surgeries and other procedures. He has worked hard to re-learn to walk, talk and eat. He is looking forward to October 2020 and his last chemo treatment. Although the journey has been a beast, Big D. focuses on the bright spots.
Quinn was just 7 months old when she was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma. After her biopsy (and all that comes with choosing a clinical trial) she was scheduled for a second surgery to place her port, when she was blessed with a last minute "second opinion". Quinn's doctor recommended a change in her treatment plan to an aggressive 8-hour surgery. He was able to remove all disease a few weeks later. Quinn is currently a dynamic 9 year old who loves cats.
Anthony loved Boston sports teams (especially the Red Sox), pizza, Milky Ways, and family and friends. Diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome as a toddler, he struggled with those complications. At 13, he was diagnosed with glioblastoma and eventually spinal cancer. Jan 30, 2020, after a 22-month battle, Anthony left us with a great legacy. Surround yourself with people you love, appreciate them and tell them so, don't sweat the small stuff and be kind. He would affectionately call everyone "Nugget"!

Zara loves to be silly! She was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Nov 2020. Before chemo infusions, she loves jamming to rock music (while wearing frills & tutus) and doing the rock music hand symbol! The lightning bolts are her magic powers getting rid of the cancer (the baby lightning bolts are honoring her baby brother Jai who was born 1 month after her diagnosis). Although she may have a long road ahead with 2 years of chemotherapy, cancer has nothing on this rockstar Zara!

Thayer's family lives were instantly changed when they were told that 1-year old Thayer had cancer in his jaw and ribs. After a year of chemo, steroids, and a few scary moments, Thayer finished treatment, and his cancer was declared NAD (No Active Disease)! Dana-Farber has given our family so much, but most importantly, they have given us the opportunity for Thayer to grow up.
